▍ Working Principle

The main components of a single-point load cell include an elastic body and resistance strain gauges. The elastic body is a structural component with a special shape, whose primary function is to withstand external forces and undergo deformation, while generating a high-quality strain field to enable the resistance strain gauges to complete the task of converting strain into electrical signals. When an external force acts on the sensor, the elastic body deforms, causing the resistance of the attached strain gauges to change, thereby outputting corresponding electrical signals.
