▍ Working Principle

The bridge load cell measures by converting the load applied to the force-bearing carrier into an electrical signal. Its core component is the elastomer, which resists external forces to achieve relative static equilibrium. When the measured object is subjected to an external force, the metal resistance wire expands or contracts, causing a change in resistance value. This change is converted into an electrical signal, which is then amplified and processed through A/D conversion to display weighing information.
