▍ Working Principle

The working principle of the double flange force sensor is based on hydrostatics, measuring changes in liquid or gas pressure to reflect the weight or pressure of the measured object. Specifically, the double flange force sensor consists of two flanges, a measuring cylinder, and a sensor. When the measured object acts on the measuring cylinder, the liquid pressure acts on the bottom of the cylinder, causing it to displace. This displacement is detected by the sensor and converted into an electrical signal output through an electronic circuit.
