Scope of Application:
    The wire rope traction grid decontamination machine is mainly used at water intakes, rainwater pumping stations, or combined sewer pumping stations to intercept floating coarse debris or heavy sediments (sand, small stones, etc.), generally serving as medium or coarse grids.
Working Principle and Structure:
    Mainly composed of the initial rake bucket, frame, lifting components, decontamination push rod, control components, and ground support. The rake bucket is in an open position and descends along the track to the bottom. Under the action of the control components, it completes the raking action, with the rake teeth inserting into the grid gaps and moving upward to collect intercepted grid residue and debris into the rake. At the slag discharge port, the grid residue is unloaded with the help of the decontamination push rod. The rake bucket stops ascending and opens, completing one decontamination operation cycle. The above action sequence is automatically controlled by the PLC in the on-site distribution box. The grid operates based on set time intervals or automatically according to the water level difference before and after the grid.
Ordering Instructions:
    Specify the material of the equipment (carbon steel or stainless steel), and note any special anti-corrosion requirements. Provide detailed specifications of the equipment model, channel width, grid bar height, and grid gap. Indicate the installation angle of the equipment, generally 75° or 90°. If auxiliary equipment such as conveyors, squeezers, or slag carts are included, please specify. Indicate the automatic control method (level difference control or time control).
