It intercepts debris in liquids through grid bars. The rake plate descends behind the grid bars to the bottom, then rotates to the front of the grid bars, lifting the screened residue upward to the discharge port for removal, achieving solid-liquid separation. The width can reach up to 4 meters. The rake plate is driven by plate chains on both sides, operating in a cyclic motion. The spacing between rake plates is 1.2m to 1.5m, effectively raking larger debris such as wood blocks and bamboo poles, as well as sand and mud at the bottom of the screen. Widely used in various rainwater and sewage pump stations in urban sewage treatment, water supply lifting pump stations, and the inlet of sewage treatment plants to intercept and remove floating debris. It is an ideal decontamination machinery. Performance Features: 1. The drive device uses a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, offering low noise, compact structure, and stable, safe operation. 2. To prevent accidental overload, overload current protection is included, and a safety pin protection is designed on the drive sprocket, providing both mechanical and electrical protection for safe and reliable system operation.
