Overview and Application: The LF type chain plate rotary screen cleaner is a continuous working cleaning equipment produced by our company. It uses bars to intercept debris in the liquid. The rake plate descends behind the bars to the bottom, then rotates to the front of the bars, lifting the screened residue upward to the discharge port for removal, achieving solid-liquid separation, with a width of up to 4 meters. The rake plate is driven by plate chains on both sides, operating in a cyclic motion. The spacing between rake plates is 1.2m to 1.5m, effectively raking larger debris such as wood blocks and bamboo poles, as well as sand and mud at the bottom of the screen. Widely used in various rainwater and sewage pump stations in urban sewage treatment; water supply lifting pump stations; and at the inlets of sewage treatment plants to intercept and remove floating debris, making it an ideal cleaning machinery. Performance Features: 1. The drive device uses a cycloidal reducer, offering low noise, compact structure, and stable, safe operation. 2. The frame has a unique structure, high rigidity, and is easy to install and maintain. Available in carbon steel and stainless steel, with carbon steel frames treated for corrosion resistance. 3. The transmission parts are made of stainless steel, effectively preventing corrosion damage to the equipment. 4. The rake plates are processed by CNC machine tools, ensuring high precision and an attractive appearance. The screen spacing can be determined according to user requirements. 5. The PLC can control automatic operation based on the liquid level difference before and after the screen. A manual switch is provided on-site for manual operation. Operating programs can be designed according to actual needs, and a master control interface is available for remote control. Operation is simple, flexible, and safe. 6. To prevent accidental overload, overload current protection is included, and a safety pin protection is designed on the drive sprocket, providing both mechanical and electrical protection for safe and reliable system operation.
