The JTG stepped bar screen is a type of fine screen, primarily designed for separating solid debris below 10mm. It features a special transmission mechanism and a dedicated stepped plate clamping mechanism. During operation, the intercepted screenings are transported upward step by step through the alternating misalignment of the moving and stationary plates. This not only allows the screen surface to self-clean but also conveys the solid debris to the discharge port. This equipment is mainly used at water intake points in water treatment plants or sewage treatment plants, following coarse screens, to remove fine solid debris from water. During the process of intercepting and clearing debris, due to the relative movement of the stationary and moving plates, there is no entanglement or jamming of debris. 2. Simple, compact, and rational structure with few transmission parts. The frame structure ensures high rigidity and long service life. 3. Bottom sand flushing: High-pressure water flushing is used to prevent sand accumulation at the bottom of the screen, ensuring the normal operation of the moving plates. 5. The equipment can be fully sealed, causing no pollution to the surrounding environment. 6. The equipment can be equipped with PLC automatic control or timer control. A manual switch is provided on-site for convenient testing and maintenance. The control box also includes terminal interfaces for connection to the central control room, enabling remote control.
