PC + Motion Controller: This system is more costly and difficult to maintain, making it hard to promote. 3. Industrial Control Computer + Motion Control Card: This system features a compact structure and good stability. Thanks to the high operating speed of the CPU and programming based on high-level languages, it can effectively perform all functions required for fiber winding. Axis rotation. The second is the carriage system, where the carriage moves along the bed to enable the guide head to perform linear reciprocating motion along the axis. Both systems operate simultaneously according to a specific speed ratio to complete the winding of fibers onto the mandrel, meeting the technical requirements of the product.
