Installation of Urban Street Light Management Energy-Saving Monitoring System Device:
1. Install indoors or on a platform, at least 20 cm above the ground;
2. Operating temperature: -10°C to +40°C, relative humidity not exceeding 85%, avoid flammable, explosive, and corrosive gases;
3. Avoid environments with water droplets, steam, and oily dust;
4. Installation should be vibration-free;
5. Installation should be secure, with the device casing reliably grounded, and vertical tilt should not exceed 5 degrees;
6. Sufficient cooling and maintenance space should be left around and above the energy-saving device;
7. Before powering on, carefully check all wiring to ensure it is in good condition and tight; the air switch should be turned off.

Main Circuit Operation Process:
1. First, through a high-precision time controller, automatically adjust the daily on/off time control according to seasonal changes.
2. When the time controller activates the main circuit to supply power to the lighting, the first 5-8 minutes (pre-set) operate at full voltage to ensure the bulbs are fully preheated and started, reaching normal working conditions.
3. After the preheating period, the microprocessor controls the phase shift of the thyristor to smoothly enter the ramp-down period, then automatically transitions to the first-level energy-saving state, maintaining stable energy-saving operation.
4. When used for road lighting control, due to the characteristics of fewer vehicles and people in the late night, in addition to setting the first-level energy-saving mode, it is advisable to adopt the second-level energy-saving mode for the late night to achieve better energy-saving effects.
