| Application | A digital encoder for measuring angular displacement. It offers strong resolution, high measurement accuracy, and reliable performance, making it a commonly used displacement sensor for measuring shaft rotation angles. A code disc (grating disc) is a circular plate with evenly spaced rectangular apertures. As the photoelectric code disc is coaxial with the motor, it rotates at the same speed as the motor. The detection device, composed of components such as light-emitting diodes, outputs several pulse signals. By calculating the number of pulses output per second by the photoelectric encoder, the current motor speed can be determined. (As shown in the figure below) |
