● High-Pressure Air Mist Watering

Water for the polishing machine is atomized under high pressure and introduced into the polishing chamber, ensuring uniform and stable water distribution on the rice grain surface. By regulating the pressurized moist air, it improves and resolves issues of surface damage or unevenness during the polishing process, guaranteeing that all rice grains are smooth and clean.

● Automatic Water Inlet Control Device

To prevent machine clogging due to excessive water or material during startup, this machine is equipped with an automatic water inlet control device. The water pump automatically shuts off when there is no material or excessive feed. It automatically activates when the material flow reaches a certain level.

● Rational Air Suction System

The main unit operates under full negative pressure. During polishing, a large volume of air enters the polishing roller, causing the rice grains to float and loosen in the whitening chamber. Simultaneously, it extracts the bran powder and a significant amount of moist, hot air generated during polishing out of the machine, reducing the rice's moisture and temperature. This results in a smooth surface and extends storage time.
