● High-Pressure Air Mist Watering

Water for the polishing machine is atomized under high pressure and introduced into the polishing chamber, ensuring uniform and stable moisture distribution on the rice surface. By regulating pressurized moist air, it improves and resolves issues of surface damage or unevenness during polishing, guaranteeing a smooth and clean surface for all rice grains.

● Automatic Water Inlet Control Device

To prevent machine clogging due to excessive water or material during startup, this machine is equipped with an automatic water inlet control device. The water pump automatically shuts off when there is no material or excessive feed. It activates automatically once the material flow reaches a certain level.

● Rational Air Suction System

The main unit operates under full negative pressure. During polishing, a large volume of air enters the polishing roller, allowing rice grains to float loosely in the whitening chamber. Simultaneously, it extracts bran powder and a significant amount of moist, hot air generated during polishing out of the machine, reducing the humidity and temperature of the rice. This results in a glossy surface and extended storage time.
