Main Applications

Foam Footwear Materials

EVA resin is widely used in foam footwear materials, particularly in the soles and interior materials of mid-to-high-end sports shoes, hiking boots, slippers, and sandals. EVA resin blend foam products are extensively applied in these areas due to their softness, excellent elasticity, and chemical resistance.

Functional Greenhouse Films

Functional greenhouse films are primarily made from EVA resin, offering high weather resistance, anti-fogging, and thermal insulation properties. EVA films not only have high light transmittance but also significantly outperform traditional polyethylene films in anti-fogging performance, typically lasting over four months.

Packaging Films and Hot Melt Adhesives

EVA resin is also used in the production of various packaging films, medical films, laminated films, and casting films. Additionally, hot melt adhesives primarily composed of EVA are solvent-free, environmentally friendly, and highly safe, making them well-suited for automated production lines. They are applied in areas such as wireless book binding, furniture edge banding, and the assembly of automobiles and household appliances.

Wires and Cables

With the continuous development of computer and network engineering, EVA resin is increasingly used in halogen-free flame-retardant cables and silane cross-linked cables. Furthermore, EVA is also employed in the production of sheaths for some special cables.

Toys

EVA resin also holds a place in toy manufacturing, such as in children's bicycle wheels and seat cushions. Its excellent softness and elasticity make it an ideal material for producing children's toys.

In addition to the main applications mentioned above, EVA resin is also widely used in areas such as inks, luggage, and wine bottle cap liners.
