Instructions for operating the skin vacuum packaging machine:

1. Install the film: When the film frame is on the worktable, open the upper frame.

2. Pull the film slightly beyond the right edge of the frame and press the upper frame to clamp the film tightly.

3. Raise the frame: Check if the "frame position selection" switch K3 is in the "continuous" position, then press the "raise" switch K.

4. The film frame will then automatically and continuously rise to the fixed point controlled by the upper proximity switch and stop automatically. Before raising the frame, loosen the film roll in advance to prevent adhesion between films from stopping the frame from rising.

5. Place the tray with the packaged items into the vacuum chamber of the working vacuum packaging machine. Use tools instead of pushing it in directly by hand to prevent potential electrical malfunctions and personal injury.

6. Press the "automatic packaging" switch K6. The three processes of film heating, heat preservation, and descent for air extraction will automatically complete according to the pre-adjusted time.

7. When the film frame automatically descends to the lowest point controlled by the limit switch, the vacuum pump will extract air from the vacuum chamber. If the vacuum gauge pointer shows no movement at this time, it indicates that the vacuum pump motor is running in reverse. Stop the machine immediately, adjust any two phases of the input phase lines, and then restart from the second process.

8. Open the upper frame, pull the packaged items to the right, place them on the auxiliary worktable, press down the upper frame, cut open the packaged items, and complete the packaging.

9. Start operating from the second step of the operating procedure and cycle continuously.
