The meat is first ground through large holes and then small holes, making the grinding process very fast and avoiding the backflow issue common in ordinary grinders where meat blocks are directly ground through small holes.

The frozen meat grinder features high speed, high efficiency, and the ability to operate continuously for 24 hours. It slowly increases the temperature of the filling, prevents discoloration, preserves protein integrity, and does not affect the taste of the product. Additionally, the meat ground by the frozen meat grinder can be directly transferred to a vacuum filling mixer for the next step, which is particularly beneficial for sausage products—preventing bursting, falling off, and discoloration, while significantly enhancing the overall taste.

Working principle of the meat grinder:

During operation, the rotating cutting blades and the holes on the plate form a shearing action that minces the raw meat. Under the extrusion force of the screw, the processed meat is continuously discharged. By configuring appropriate blades and hole plates according to the material properties and processing requirements, particles of different sizes can be produced to meet the technical demands of the next process.
