The first step in the processing workflow of the large-scale air-dried beef jerky production line drying equipment is refrigeration. If the production volume is large and the purchased meat cannot be processed into beef jerky in a short time, the raw meat to be processed can be stored in a cold storage facility to maintain quality. It is first placed in a -26°C quick-freeze room and then transferred to a freezer once the temperature reaches -18°C.
