The jacketed kettle features a double-layered structure composed of inner and outer spherical pots, with steam or thermal oil introduced into the jacket as a heating medium. Our company manufactures jacketed kettles using 304 and 316 stainless steel as materials. The jacketed kettle has characteristics such as a large heating area, efficient and uniform heating, short boiling time for liquid materials, and easy control of heating temperature.
The jacketed kettle has high thermal efficiency, and the temperature can be adjusted as needed, making it less prone to scorching and scaling. It is widely used in the processing of foods such as red bean paste, jam, pastries, lotus seed paste, and preserved fruits, as well as in mixing and blending in chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
