Product and working principle:

The mine pneumatic submersible pump mainly consists of three parts: the pump body, the air motor, and the flow passage.

1. Pump body part: Divided into upper and lower chambers, with a seal ring in the middle to separate air and water. The seal ring uses spring sealing and utilizes the pressure of air and water to allow high-pressure air and water to enter the inner walls of the upper and lower seal rings, causing them to expand inward for effective sealing.

2. Air motor part: Composed of a rotor, turbine, upper and lower cylinders, bearings, etc. It uses compressed air as power to impact the turbine, driving the rotor to operate at high speed and perform work.

3. Flow passage part: Consists of the impeller, pump cover suction port, pump base, etc. The impeller is installed on the rotor shaft in the lower chamber of the housing. Compressed air is sent in from the air inlet, and the rotor drives the impeller. The water in the impeller is pressed into the housing's water outlet volute under centrifugal force and discharged through the outlet pipe.
