How the Compressed Air Pipeline Gas-Water Separator Filter Works

1. A large volume of moisture-laden gas enters the gas-water separator and undergoes centrifugal downward-sloping motion. Entrained moisture is separated due to reduced velocity. The separated liquid flows out through the drain valve, while dry, clean gas is discharged from the separator outlet. Due to its simple structure, pressure loss is minimized, ensuring clean gas is supplied to the equipment.

Before installation, purge the pipeline with pressurized gas to remove dirt and debris.

2. This separator should be installed at the compressed air pipeline location in coal mines. It is recommended to install shut-off valves before and after the separator.

3. Installation Direction: The arrow on the valve body should align with the fluid direction in the pipeline (the arrow indicates the fluid outlet).
