Requirements, Test Procedure and Apparatus for Testing the Flame Retardance of Resilient Filling Materials Used in Upholstered Furniture

Section A Part 1:

主要是針對(duì)海綿的明火燃燒測(cè)試，通過對(duì)海綿明火燃燒時(shí)間，悶燒時(shí)間以及海綿的炭化長(zhǎng)度，來(lái)判斷產(chǎn)品是否合格。

引燃火源：丁烷氣體火源

Section D Part 2:

主要是針對(duì)海綿的香煙燃燒的測(cè)試，通過海綿的質(zhì)量剩余來(lái)判斷其是否合格。

引燃火源：美國(guó)香煙

Section E Part 1:

主要針對(duì)面料的明火燃燒測(cè)試，通過對(duì)面料5英寸的燃燒時(shí)間來(lái)判斷產(chǎn)品是否合格。

引燃火源：丁烷氣體火源

塊狀聚氨酯海棉阻燃性測(cè)試

(Ignitability test for polyurethane foam in slab or cushion)

1、引燃火源(Ignition source)Pine Crib (Source 5)松木架

2、防火面料(100%fire retardant fabric)

3、海棉(polyurethane foam)

主要觀察指標(biāo)：

1、明火燃燒時(shí)間(Flaming time)   10分鐘

2、燜燒時(shí)間(Progressive smouldering time) 1個(gè)小時(shí)

3、試樣的質(zhì)量損失(Mass loss)不超過60g

4、燃燒期間發(fā)生的各種現(xiàn)象(All cases during the test)

主要觀察指標(biāo)：

1、明火燃燒時(shí)間(Flaming time)

2、 燜燒時(shí)間(Progressive Smouldering time)

3、 燃燒期間發(fā)生的各種現(xiàn)象(Any cases during the test)

注意：試樣需要按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)BS5651：1989進(jìn)行水洗程序
