隨著加入世貿(mào)組織，中國(guó)進(jìn)出口商品品檢需求與日俱增。為迎合這個(gè)趨勢(shì)，香港標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及檢定中心于中國(guó)廣東省東莞市設(shè)立了一間獨(dú)立、非牟利的產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)中心——「東莞標(biāo)檢產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)有限公司」，并已于2008年舉行開幕典禮，正式投入服務(wù)。該中心面積超過三萬(wàn)五千平方米，可為區(qū)內(nèi)制造商提供一站式的全方位服務(wù)。服務(wù)包括：測(cè)試服務(wù)、檢驗(yàn)服務(wù)、認(rèn)證服務(wù)以及技術(shù)服務(wù)。
東莞標(biāo)檢已成功獲得國(guó)家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)檢疫總局（AQSIQ）所頒發(fā)的《從事進(jìn)出口商品檢驗(yàn)鑒定機(jī)構(gòu)資格證書》。并成功取得多個(gè)國(guó)家和國(guó)際權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)的認(rèn)可，包括中國(guó)合格評(píng)定國(guó)家認(rèn)可委員會(huì)（CNAS）、美國(guó)哥馬克阻燃實(shí)驗(yàn)室（Govmark）及德國(guó)認(rèn)可委員會(huì)（DAkkS)等。此外，東莞標(biāo)檢亦獲中飲標(biāo)（北京）安全飲品認(rèn)證中心頒發(fā)授權(quán)實(shí)驗(yàn)室證書；電波暗室更取得美國(guó)聯(lián)邦通訊委員會(huì)（FCC）和加拿大工業(yè)組織（IC）的認(rèn)可，為長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展奠定了穩(wěn)健基礎(chǔ)。
東莞標(biāo)檢未來(lái)幾年將進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大服務(wù)及認(rèn)可范圍，并投放更多資源用于發(fā)展實(shí)驗(yàn)室儀器設(shè)備及工作管理系統(tǒng)，為國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)及制作商提供更全面的檢測(cè)及認(rèn)證服務(wù)，協(xié)助業(yè)界推動(dòng)工商業(yè)界發(fā)展。

For seating, the loads applied during normal use can be found in ENV581-2, and for tables in EN 581-3. Shear and squeeze points are not acceptable if a hazard is created by the weight of user during the normal movements and actions, e.g. attempting to move the seating by lifting the seat or by adjusting the backrest. |
