Application and Characteristics: Polyether for automotive seat and interior molding, high-speed rail combined polyether, used in combination with highly reactive polyether for the production of high-resilience cold-cured foam for automotive, motorcycle, and bicycle seats, steering wheels, etc. It can also be used in the preparation of high-speed rail damping materials to enhance the load-bearing capacity of foam products. A highly reactive polymer polyol with 40% solid content, suitable for the preparation of high-resilience block foam, effectively improving the support performance of foam; also applicable for the preparation of various molded foams, featuring high reactivity, short demolding time, and excellent open-cell effect. It is suitable for the preparation of various automotive interior materials. Compared to POP36/28 and POP93/28, HPOP40 provides more significant foam hardening effects and more pronounced open-cell characteristics.
