The hardware section mainly includes the high-pressure steam autoclave, steam pipelines, insulation jacket, waste liquid disinfectant, and the inner chamber of the exhaust gas treatment system. The inner chamber and jacket are primarily made of stainless steel. The jacket serves to assist in heating and insulating the water vapor, while the software part utilizes advanced PLC control technology to achieve full-process automatic control, allowing parameters such as temperature, pressure, exhaust rate, and sterilization time to be set through human-machine dialogue functionality.
