1. During installation, the connection ports on both pipe sections and the signal valve must be concentric. Any slight misalignment between the signal valve and the pipe may affect the open/close function of the fire signal valve.

2. When operating the worm gear-type fire signal valve, excessive force should not be applied, as it may damage the worm gear teeth.

3. No additional flange sealing gaskets are required during the installation and connection of this valve.

4. During handling and installation, care must be taken to protect the rubber sealing surfaces on both flanges, the inner cavity sealing surfaces, the circumferential sealing surfaces of the butterfly disc, and the micro switch.
