The EC series sprinklers feature a specially designed frame and a K=115 larger flow rate with a quick response glass bulb, offering fast response times and a larger protection area than conventional sprinklers. They are suitable for light and ordinary hazard environments such as shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, office buildings, hospitals, museums, industrial plants, and other locations.

II. EC Extended Coverage Quick Response Sidewall Sprinkler K115 Features:

The EC series glass bulb sprinklers are assembled from a copper alloy frame, imported 3mm glass bulb, bulb seat, seals, and a large coverage deflector. They are rationally designed and aesthetically pleasing.

1. The sprinkler frame is forged multiple times from H59 copper rod, offering high strength and strong corrosion resistance, and is polished and electroplated.

2. The thermal element uses a German JOB FR3mm quick response glass bulb, which has high strength and rapid reaction, enabling timely fire suppression.

3. The sprinkler offers an exceptionally large flow rate and protection area.

IV. EC Extended Coverage Quick Response Sidewall Sprinkler K115 Storage, Installation, Usage, and Maintenance Precautions:

1. Sprinklers should be stored in a dry environment between -15°C and 40°C and must not be used in environments below 4°C.

2. When installing sprinklers and connecting threads with pipe fittings, it is recommended to use polytetrafluoroethylene sealing tape. Pipe fittings should comply with national standards.

3. During installation, use a fixed wrench (22X24) with the corresponding jaw size and ensure proper usage as shown in the figure below. The tightening torque for the sprinkler is 10-20N.m and must not exceed 30N.m.

4. Sprinklers should be kept clean; painting or coating with paint or other materials is strictly prohibited.
