This product has obvious gel-breaking and cell wall-breaking effects. After entering the mud system, it quickly integrates and reacts with the mud, fully utilizing the coagulation and cell wall-breaking principles of inorganic coagulants through charge collision destabilization and bridging adsorption to break the cell walls and coagulate the hydrophilic cell membranes of colloidal particles in the mud. At the same time, it works in conjunction with the large molecular chain structure of high molecular flocculants to provide rapid coagulation and filtration assistance. This product can be used alone without the need for other flocculants to achieve ideal dewatering results; it is a highly efficient, harmless, and low-moisture-content composite mud dewatering agent specifically developed for various difficult-to-treat drilling muds, sulfonated muds, and other complex muds.

Usage Method

The solid product can be directly added to the mud. When adding, it should be evenly and slowly introduced into a stirred mud mixer. Stir for about 20 minutes before feeding into the filter press. It can also be diluted for use at a ratio of 5-10‰. Dosage (reference amount): when mud concentration is 3000-6000 mg/L, 1-2 kg (solid) per ton (mud). The specific dosage should be determined through on-site small-scale testing.
