III. Equipment Purpose

Mainly used for cleaning the inner and outer walls of stainless steel pipes, steel pipes, copper pipes, aluminum pipes, and Bundy pipes, removing grease, machining chips, machining oil, emulsion, polishing wax, surface rust, etc.

IV. Operating Guide

1.Add water to the ultrasonic tank and rinsing tank to the specified liquid level, and add cleaning agent to the ultrasonic cleaning tank in proportion.

2.Turn on the power, activate the heating systems of the ultrasonic tank and rinsing tank, preheat and raise the water temperature to 40~50℃.

3.Press the ultrasonic start button, lay the pipe fittings flat on the material frame in the ultrasonic tank (recommended batch size within a hundred pieces), the cleaning time is usually several minutes, depending on the degree of dirt and the number of pieces per batch.

4.Turn on the circulation filtration switch in the ultrasonic tank, filtering impurities while cleaning, usually with a small flow circulation.

5.Activate the swing device switch in the ultrasonic tank, allowing the pipe fittings to swing uniformly with the material frame, swing trajectory ±25CM generally 15~20 rpm, adjustable.

6.Lift out the pipe fittings, tilt slightly and pause above the ultrasonic tank to pour out residual cleaning liquid inside the pipes.

7.Place the pipe fittings in the rinsing tank, activate the swing device and circulation filtration device of the rinsing tank, rinse off residual cleaning liquid and fine particles on the pipe fittings, high flow circulation filtration can be performed, as there is no ultrasonic setup in the tank, consider the interference of water flow on the ultrasonic emission direction.

8.Lift out the workpiece, tilt to pour out the liquid, completing the entire cleaning process.

9.Before finishing work, turn off the power, drain the liquid from the ultrasonic tank, and rinse the equipment with clean water for maintenance.
