Mobile Stand Seating Product Introduction:
Seat Model: Nexus (LUEX)
Specifications: Seat depth 560mm, seat width 450mm, back height 570mm, seat height: 440mm, chair height 790mm, seat width 495mm (or larger), platform height 300mm, step depth 850mm;

Design Load: The retractable mobile stand must bear the weight of the seats themselves and meet a vertical static load ≥350kg/m, left-right swing load ≥36kgm. Guardrail design must withstand horizontal forces, with a horizontal load capacity ≥65kg per meter and vertical load capacity ≥100kg per meter.

Seat Surface and Backrest: High-density polyethylene double-wall blow-molded structure, prevents static electricity accumulation, wall thickness 3mm, produced with large imported blow-molding machines for uniform wall thickness. Features an internal steel frame, stylish and ergonomic design, and can be upholstered with high-wear-resistant sofa cushions.

Power System: Electric controller can use both handheld and wireless remote control systems. Specially designed drive system for mobile stands, motor power 380V, 0.37KW (0.55KW), 50HZ, with features such as low impact, smooth operation, and maintenance-free.

Seat Beam: Made of high-quality Q235 rectangular tube 60mm×40mm×3.75mm. Steel frame uses quick-assembly installation components, on-site welding is not allowed. All structural components are made of ≥2mm thick Q235 steel plate bent into universal profiles.

Leg Posts and Armrests: Galvanized steel, steel components are first sandblasted, then pre-treated with a phosphate cleaning system, and finally powder-coated with a large fully automatic powder coating line, powder coating thickness 80-120μm. Armrest covers are made of polyethylene, aesthetically pleasing and durable.

Hinge System: Fully enclosed, consists of permanently lubricated link arms (bearings contain lubricant), two independent hinges, and two bidirectional spring lift systems. The hinge device can withstand 350,000 operations without lubrication fatigue or measurable bearing wear.

Folding System: Uses a foot-operated device, simple and convenient to operate, less prone to damage, avoiding safety hazards.

Castors: The castors at the bottom of the stand steel frame are made of polyurethane material with double bearings, load capacity ≥250Kg. They must not damage the floor or leave marks when rolling.

Flooring: Made of 18mm high-quality environmentally friendly multi-layer solid wood board, high-temperature molded, surface covered with wear-resistant and anti-slip floor adhesive. The front edge of the stand uses aluminum alloy profile edge beams with luminous anti-slip strips.

Other Requirements: Railings on both sides of the seats are made of 40*40*2.0 steel tubes and ∮10 standard round steel, welded together. Their color can be made to match the industrial self-leveling color of the competition venue.
