XP402 Phosphate Ester Aluminum Corrosion Inhibitor                                      

Product Overview      XP402 is a specially structured phosphate ester that provides excellent corrosion protection for aluminum, zinc, magnesium, and their alloys. XP402 is oil-soluble and can be easily incorporated into water-based metalworking fluids and cleaner formulations.

Application  Used as a corrosion inhibitor for aluminum alloys, mainly in various aqueous systems: metalworking fluids, hydraulic support fluids, aqueous cleaners, antifreeze, metal surface treatment, etc.

Dosage:

Concentrate  0.5 - 1%

Performance Features    High-performance metal corrosion inhibitor in metalworking fluids and cleaners; 

?                  Provides significant corrosion protection for aluminum, zinc, magnesium, and their alloys, effectively preventing discoloration and blackening; 

?                  Enhances the extreme pressure and anti-wear performance of metalworking fluid formulations;

?                  Much better resistance to hard water than common phosphate esters; 

?                  Exhibits low foaming tendency in water-based metalworking fluids and cleaners.
