XP1729 Foam-Free Lubricant
Product Overview XP1729 is a foam-free lubricant, esterified from natural vegetable oil-based organic carboxylic acids and isomerized alcohol amines. It does not contain environmentally unfriendly elements such as sulfur, phosphorus, or chlorine, and offers outstanding friction reduction, anti-wear, and extreme pressure properties, effectively reducing the system's coefficient of friction. The use of this product significantly improves the surface finish of workpieces, protects tools, and greatly extends tool life. As a lubricant suitable for metalworking fluids, it exhibits excellent lubricity, aluminum corrosion inhibition, hard water resistance, pH buffering, and copper soap dispersion, among other properties.
Application · Can be used in cutting/grinding fluid systems as a lubricant and corrosion inhibitor, with a recommended dosage of 2%-6%;
· Recommended for use in fully synthetic, microemulsion, and emulsified oil systems.
