Voltage Fluctuation and Flicker

      Photovoltaic power stationAfter being connected to the grid, the voltage fluctuation and flicker generated at the point of common coupling shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 12326-2008 "Power Quality Voltage Fluctuation and Flicker" and the "State Grid Corporation Technical Regulations for Grid Connection of Photovoltaic Power Stations". Due to the influence of weather, clouds, environment, and other factors, photovoltaic power stations can be regarded as fluctuating loads with a certain degree of randomness. The voltage fluctuation limit is 2%; for less frequent voltage fluctuations, the voltage fluctuation limit can refer to the standard of less than 1 occurrence per hour, which is 3%.

     According to the steady-state operation of the inverter, the voltage fluctuation is 0.317%, which is less than the voltage fluctuation limit of 2%; the maximum voltage fluctuation of a single inverter is 0.750%, which is less than the voltage fluctuation limit of 3%, meeting the requirements of GB/T 12326-2008 "Power Quality Voltage Fluctuation and Flicker" and the "State Grid Corporation Technical Regulations for Grid Connection of Photovoltaic Power Stations".

       According to the requirements of the "State Grid Corporation Technical Regulations for Grid Connection of Photovoltaic Power Stations", after the photovoltaic power station is connected to the grid, the short-term flicker Pst limit at the point of common coupling is 1.0, and the long-term flicker Plt limit is 0.8. The voltage flicker value caused solely by the photovoltaic power station at the point of common coupling should be handled differently according to three levels based on the proportion of the installed capacity of the photovoltaic power station to the power supply capacity and the system voltage, as stipulated in GB/T 12326-2008 "Power Quality Voltage Fluctuation and Flicker".
