l O-ring size representation method: Inner Diameter (ID) × Cross-Section Diameter (CS). For example: O-ring 19*1MM, where 19 represents the inner diameter of the large ring as 19 millimeters, and 1.0 represents the cross-sectional diameter of the rubber ring as 1.0 millimeters.

l O-ring material hardness: Silicone rubber 60 degrees black. Typically, O-ring hardness ranges from 40 to 80 IRHD, but in practice, 70 IRHD is generally more suitable. For silicone rubber, an exception is made, usually using 60 IRHD. Lower hardness facilitates installation but may lead to issues such as peeling, installation damage, extrusion, or even pressure. Higher hardness makes installation less convenient.

l O-rings offer excellent sealing performance and high working life. The dynamic pressure sealing working life is 5—10 times higher than conventional rubber sealing products, and can even reach several tens of times. Under certain conditions, they can last as long as the sealed base.

l O-rings have low friction resistance, with equal dynamic and static friction forces, which is 1/2—1/4 of the friction force of "0"-shaped rubber rings. This eliminates the "creeping" phenomenon during low-speed and low-pressure movement.

l O-rings are highly wear-resistant and feature automatic elastic compensation after sealing surface wear.
