1. The overall structure adopts a modular design, making it easy to store and transport. The equipment can be installed and disassembled on-site, offering great convenience.
2. The boring bar has high strength, with a quenched surface and chrome-plated polishing treatment, ensuring wear and corrosion resistance.
3. It can be used horizontally or vertically, suitable for various working conditions.
4. Powered by a servo motor equipped with a planetary reducer, it provides constant torque output, stepless speed regulation, and supports forward/reverse rotation, jogging, and stop control. The stop function includes a delayed slow-stop feature to protect the tool.
5. Axial automatic feed with stepless speed regulation of the feed motor meets the requirements for rough and finish machining.
6. Equipped with a remote control box for convenient operation and high safety.
