The particle size of materials added from the end feed inlet must not exceed1/4of the screw diameter; for materials added from the middle feed inlet, the particle size must not exceed30mm. To prevent deformation of the cylinder, the feeding temperature must be controlled below300°C. This machine experiences severe wear on the blades and trough when conveying highly abrasive materials.
