1. Product Description:

The reducing agent for denitrification (urea solution/ammonia water) and the desalinated water for dilution are pressurized and supplied to the metering and distribution module through this module. The pump station module can adjust the pipeline pressure according to the actual operating conditions of the entire system, ensuring that the pipeline of the entire system maintains a constant pressure. The pump station is equipped with two pressurized pumps, a backpressure control valve, filters, valves, pressure display devices, and other complete sets of equipment (pressurized pumps are of the Grundfos brand). It can also be equipped with a remote monitoring and operating system. One pump station module can be used for denitrification in multiple furnaces and kilns. It features a simple and aesthetically pleasing appearance, quick and easy installation, reasonably distributed pipeline connections, and is essentially maintenance-free.

①   This module should be installed in the storage tank area near the tank. During installation, ensure sufficient space around the module for pipeline connections and maintenance (a minimum of 600mm maintenance space should be reserved on the left and right sides of the module).

②   The front panel of the module is equipped with stainless steel pressure gauges for desalinated water and urea solution/ammonia water, allowing real-time monitoring of the pressure of each liquid line.

③   The rear panel of the module includes 1" inlets, 3/4" outlets, 3/4" return ports, vent ports, and heat dissipation holes for each liquid line. These are all equipped with corresponding stainless steel ball valves and filters. During installation, simply tighten each pipeline to prevent leakage.

④   The left and right sides of the module are maintenance side panels. After removal, the pump set, internal components, and pipelines can be replaced or repaired.

⑤   In addition to producing this module, our company also manufactures a series of denitrification modular equipment such as the "Dilution Metering and Distribution Module," "PLC Module," and "Dual-Fluid Medium Atomization Spray Gun." It is recommended that users use these together for optimal results.
