Product Introduction
Coconut is an important tree species in tropical regions. After the flesh of its fruit is consumed, the shells are often discarded indiscriminately, affecting environmental hygiene.
It has been discovered that coconut shells can be processed to produce coconut charcoal, not only making full use of waste but also achieving positive environmental benefits, making it an important "eco-friendly fiber."
Heating the fibrous material of coconut shells to 1200°C produces activated carbon. This is then mixed with polyester and other chemical substances to create coconut charcoal masterbatch. Using polyester as a carrier for dilution, it can be spun into coconut charcoal filament and staple fibers.

Functions and Uses
● Fabrics woven from coconut charcoal fiber contain coconut charcoal particles that remain active even after being made into clothing. The coconut charcoal in the fiber forms a porous, permeable surface that absorbs odors and offers functions such as moisture resistance, deodorization, and UV protection.
● Fabrics made from coconut charcoal fiber can be used as materials for sportswear, allowing sweat to evaporate quickly during wear. After washing and drying, these garments retain their original properties.
● Coconut charcoal staple fiber can also be used as filling material for sportswear, underwear, garments, bed sheets, duvet covers, socks, pillows, and quilts. It serves as an insulating fiber or as an inner layer in clothing, absorbing odors emitted by the body and decomposing harmful substances in the air, providing deodorizing effects.
