Product Introduction

NANOBON? white charcoal polyester fiber is produced by grinding traditionally high-temperature carbonized bamboo charcoal into powder using nanotechnology. Through nano-coating technology, the bamboo charcoal powder is coated with a white catalyst and blended into polyester, then spun into a high-quality white new fiber. The functionality of white charcoal polyester fiber is similar to that of gray charcoal fiber, but it can be dyed in any light, pale, or vibrant color, solving the dyeing limitations of gray charcoal fiber.

Currently, our company has improved the technology and developed white bamboo charcoal fiber with a viscose carrier, providing customers with more diverse choices based on their various fabric requirements. White bamboo charcoal viscose fiber offers the same functionalities as white bamboo charcoal polyester fiber.

Product Features

1. Negative Ion Function

White charcoal has the ability to release negative ions. Through friction between the body and the fabric in the air, it generates oxygen ions with negative charges, providing users with a refreshing, comfortable, and energizing experience akin to being in a forest.

2. Deodorizing Function

White charcoal is a porous structural material with a surface area of 300 to 500 m² per gram. This extensive surface area is the source of its ability to regulate humidity and purify water and air. It also possesses strong adsorption power, capable of eliminating odors in the air (such as ammonia, acetic acid, etc.) in a short time, with excellent deodorizing performance.

3. Far-Infrared Function

Due to its dense structure, numerous pores, and rich mineral content, white charcoal has excellent far-infrared and negative ion emission capabilities. It aids in blood circulation and provides outstanding heat retention and insulation effects.

4. Moisture Absorption Function
