This product is a copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide initiated with a monohydric alcohol.
II.Performance
The water-based formulation of Plurasafe WS 660 exhibits low surface tension, low foaming, and excellent wetting properties, with good compatibility with traditional lubricant additives. This product is non-corrosive and has excellent film strength and load-carrying capacity; it does not form sludge, varnish, gums, or other types of carbon deposits due to decomposition at high temperatures.
III.Applications
Plurasafe WS 660 is used in gear lubricants, hydraulic fluids, compressor oils, textile lubricants, high-temperature lubricants, mill and press lubricants; it is also used in many applications including metalworking fluids, two-stroke engine lubricants, shaft and release lubricants, brake fluids, greases, and bearing oils. The unique properties of Plurasafe WS 660 lubricant can be used to improve lubricant formulations.
Additionally, Plurasafe WS 660 has reversible solubility, which can be used to deliver lubricant additives to hot metal surfaces or cutting interfaces for better cooling, thereby reducing tool wear and improving surface finish.

This product is packaged in 200 kg plastic drums. The packaging containers are marked with the product name, specifications, production batch number, net weight, and manufacturer name.
V. Transportation and Storage
Handle with care during transportation; avoid impact.
This product should be stored in a well-ventilated, dry, and cool place. In the sealed original packaging container, the shelf life of this product is 12 months.
