II. Performance
This product effectively controls a broad spectrum of microorganisms at very low concentrations. It exhibits excellent stability across a wide range of pH and temperature conditions. Due to its liquid form and good compatibility, it is easy to use in most aqueous systems and poses minimal toxicity risk during application.

III. Applications
SKYBIO B20 is used as a preservative in many industrial applications, including: metalworking fluid concentrates and working fluids; latex polymers and dispersions; latex paints; silicone emulsions; asphalt emulsions; protein stabilization; adhesives; and emulsions based on proteins, polysaccharides, cellulose ethers, alginates, or without polymers.
Metalworking Fluids: Used in metalworking fluid concentrates, industrial emulsions or solutions, cutting fluids, coolants, lubricants, and water-mixed metalworking fluids;
Recommended dosage for working fluids: 0.05 – 0.18%; for concentrates, dosage should be adjusted based on dilution ratio; for industrial emulsions or solutions, coolants, and lubricants, the recommended dosage is 0.05 – 0.18%;
Latex Emulsions: Based on acrylic resins, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), etc., recommended dosage: 0.05% - 0.15%; Emulsion Paints: For preservation, recommended dosage: 0.05% - 0.15%;
Various Aqueous Solutions: Adhesives, resin emulsions, polishes, pigment dispersions, silicone dispersions, etc., recommended dosage: 0.05% - 0.15%;
Specific usage concentrations should be determined through targeted repeated testing.
IV. Packaging
This product is packaged in 20 kg plastic drums. The packaging containers are labeled with the product name, specifications, net weight, batch number, and manufacturer name.
V. Storage and Transportation
During transportation, handle with care, avoid impact, and prevent damage.
Store in a tightly sealed container in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area. Under normal storage conditions, the storage temperature should be >0°C. The effective shelf life is 12 months.
