II. Properties
This product is slightly soluble in water and ethanol. It has higher solubility in organic solvents such as dimethylformamide and 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone; it is completely soluble in acetone. This product is compatible with anionic, cationic, and non-ionic surfactants, enhancing component contact and improving efficacy.
III. Applications
This product has immediate and broad-spectrum activity; used for sterilization and algae control in industrial circulating water, sterilization in papermaking process water, and preservation of pulp and paper additives. It is also used for killing sulfate-reducing bacteria and saprophytic bacteria in oilfield reinjection water, sterilization and preservation of drilling mud, and preservation of industrial products such as polymer dispersions and adhesives.
For sterilization and algae control in industrial circulating water, the recommended dosage is 50–200 ppm;
For sterilization and preservation in pulp and paper mill process water, the recommended dosage is 10–150 ppm; in the paper industry, low doses exhibit excellent activity; for slime control, add 50–150 grams per ton of dry paper; for bulk pulp and paper additives (e.g., mineral slurries), use 100–500 ppm as a preservative.
The specific dosage should be determined by the user through testing.
IV. Packaging
This product is packaged in 20 kg paper bags. The packaging container is labeled with the product name, specifications, batch number, net weight, and manufacturer name.
V. Transportation and Storage
This product should be stored indoors in a well-ventilated, dry, and cool place. In the sealed original packaging, the storage period is 24 months.
