I. Product Features

II. Scope of Application:

III. Dimensions and Patterns:
114*92*2mm, made of stainless steel plate, the luminous part is a small triangle, currently used in Shenzhen Metro and Wuhan Metro, supporting custom patterns, colors, and sizes.

IV. Installation Method
Simply pre-cut a groove according to the sample size, apply AB adhesive at the bottom during installation, and wait for it to solidify; alternatively, by cutting a groove, the product can be directly embedded.

1: Long production cycle (mold-making time is 15-21 working days);
2: Slightly heavier than etched metal parts;
Advantages:
1: High output rate, once the mold is completed, production can reach at least 200 pieces per day;

2: Shallow groove depth and rough surface pattern;

1: Lower cost compared to cast parts for small quantity orders;
2: Shorter production cycle compared to cast parts;
