With the rapid development of underground rail transit in recent years, the use of stainless steel products has become more widespread in meeting fire evacuation signage requirements;



1. Utilizes national standard 3mm-7mm SUS304 or higher stainless steel, formed through high-temperature, high-pressure metallurgical processing. Surface graphics are corrosion-sunk, with long-afterglow photoluminescent pigments filled on the reverse side.


2. The photoluminescent material employs high-brightness long-afterglow luminescent pigments, requiring low excitation light intensity. Any light source can serve as an excitation source. Even when surface illumination disappears or diminishes, it can store and self-illuminate for over 8 hours. Its self-illuminating brightness must meet the following requirements:
Appearance: Light yellow powder

Luminescent color: Yellow-green light

Main peak wavelength of luminescence: 520nm;

Excitation light wavelength range: 200-450nm. Its self-illuminating brightness should meet the following requirements:

5min brightness ≥815mcd/㎡

20min brightness ≥190mcd/㎡

60min brightness ≥60mcd/㎡



3. The surface of the signage must meet a rating of no less than Grade 0 as per GB/T1766-1999 requirements.



4. The photoluminescent fire safety evacuation signage must comply with national testing standards for weather resistance, color adhesion, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, water resistance, and radioactivity.
