The front-end operating head of panel-front and panel-rear explosion-proof components has a standard diameter of φ30mm and is installed on panels with a thickness of 1~6mm. Panel-front explosion-proof components are mounted on 35mm standard rails or fixed with screws; panel-rear modules are connected to the pre-installed front-end operating head using a bayonet clamp. Panel-front and panel-rear explosion-proof components come with wiring terminals. Panel-front and panel-rear explosion-proof components should be installed in increased safety enclosures with a protection rating of IP54 or higher.
Panel-front and panel-rear explosion-proof buttons and switches can be equipped with various button operating heads and switch operating heads with different functions.
Panel-front and panel-rear explosion-proof signal light components use LED light sources, feature built-in temperature switches, and are available in five colors.
The panel of panel-front and panel-rear explosion-proof ammeters is equipped with an adjustable red pointer and offers two-fold and five-fold overload functions. They can be categorized into direct and indirect measurement. Direct measurement is suitable for a current range of 0~15A; the dial of ammeters for indirect measurement (connected to current transformers) is interchangeable. The operating heads and built-in explosion-proof modules are certified by IECEx, ATEX, and TUV.
