Explosion-proof clean fluorescent lamps are available in single-tube, double-tube, triple-tube, and emergency versions, with wattages of 20W, 30W, and 40W, suitable for use in factories with high levels of dust. The inner wall of the lamp tube is coated with phosphor, and when the gas between the two filaments conducts electricity, it emits ultraviolet light, causing the phosphor to emit soft visible light.

1. The lamp body's transparent component is made of reinforced polycarbonate material, offering high strength, resistance to strong impact, high temperature, and cold resistance.

2. The light source uses a new generation of T5 ultra-slim fluorescent lamps, featuring: a. Short tube length for more precise light control; b. High luminous efficacy, better suited for actual lighting environments, with lamp efficacy up to 1041 lm/W; c. Ultra-long switching cycles and service life, lasting up to 20,000 hours; d. High lumen maintenance rate, slow light decay, with lumen maintenance rate as high as 92% after 10,000 hours; e. Improved beam distribution, high color rendering, and energy efficiency.
4. The built-in ballast is a specially designed explosion-proof electronic ballast with short-circuit and open-circuit protection functions. It includes a preventive circuit for lamp aging effects and leakage, ensuring normal operation and a power factor of up to 0.98 or higher. It features wide voltage output, operating within a range of 170V to 250V.
5. The fluorescent lamp body and transparent cover are connected with a snap-fit design for tighter integration. A specially designed sealing strip provides dual sealing, enhancing protection performance.
6. Easy maintenance: simply insert a screwdriver into the snap-fit slot to open or close conveniently.
7. The lamp is equipped with an explosion-proof limit switch and an open-cover power-off interlock device.
8. An emergency device can be added according to user requirements.
