I. Turtle Mesh Welding Process

Welding Parameter Setting

Horizontal spacing 20mm, vertical spacing 10mm, ensuring the turtle mesh and base steel plate form a rigid anchoring structure.
After welding, 100% non-destructive testing is required, with a missed welding rate of <0.5%.

Pretreatment Requirements

The substrate surface must be ground to Sa2.5 cleanliness, removing oxide layers and oil stains.
The turtle mesh should be pre-bent before installation, with a curvature error ≤3mm relative to the equipment inner wall.
II. Wear-Resistant Coating Construction Process

Material Ratio and Mixing

Use a forced mixer; for every 100kg of ceramic coating, add 12% silicate solution, dry mix for 2 minutes, then add adhesive and stir until a viscous wet ball state is achieved.
When ambient temperature >20°C, reduce the amount of curing agent to extend working time.

Layered Application Technique

The first layer thickness should be controlled at 5-8mm, using a spiral extrusion method to fill the turtle mesh pores.
Vertical surface construction must be completed in one pass; layered application is prohibited to prevent delamination and detachment.

Density Enhancement Measures

Use a rubber hammer to continuously tap the coating surface, increasing density to ≥2.8g/cm3.
After top surface application, allow 10 minutes of static settling for self-weight compensation.
III. Key Quality Control Points

Environmental Adaptability Control

Construction temperature must be strictly controlled between 5-40°C; in low-temperature environments, preheat the substrate to above 5°C.
When humidity exceeds 85%, suspend construction to prevent moisture absorption by the mortar, which may reduce strength.

Defect Repair Standards

Blister areas must be cut out to the substrate, and when reapplying, expand the repair area by more than 30%.
After cleaning collapsed areas, apply an interface agent to enhance bonding strength.
IV. Acceptance and Maintenance Specifications

Finished Product Testing Indicators

Compressive strength ≥161MPa (after 72 hours of curing).
Coating thickness allowance deviation ±1.5mm, using ultrasonic thickness gauge for full inspection.

Maintenance Cycle Optimization

Routine maintenance requires 48 hours; for vibrating equipment, extend to 72 hours.
Before operation, conduct a no-load cold vibration test (amplitude ≤0.5mm).
V. Safety Protection Key Points

Personal Protective Equipment

Mandatory wearing of dust masks (N95 grade), impact-resistant goggles, and anti-slip gloves.
For high-altitude work, use a double-hook safety harness with anchor point spacing ≤8m.

Waste Disposal

Solidified waste must be crushed to particle size <50mm before deep burial; open-air storage is prohibited.
