This series of dust collectors consists of a shell, ash hopper, support ash discharge device, and a pulse cleaning system, among other components. When dust-laden gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, it first encounters the inclined baffle in the middle of the inlet, causing the airflow to turn and flow into the ash hopper. At the same time, the flow velocity slows down, allowing coarser dust particles in the gas to reverse direction under inertia and gravity, passing through filter bags equipped with internal metal frames. Under the action of various dust removal mechanisms, the dust is captured on the outer surface of the filter bags. The purified gas enters the clean air chamber, collects in the outlet duct, and is discharged by the induced draft fan.

The dust collector shell is divided into several independent compartments by partitions. As filtration continues, the dust accumulation on the outer surface of the filter bags gradually increases, and the resistance of the dust collector also rises. To ensure the normal operation of the system, the resistance of the dust collector should be maintained within a limited range (approximately 1200~1500 Pa). Therefore, the accumulated dust on the surface of the bags must be cleared to reduce equipment resistance. Each dust collection compartment is equipped with a row of pulse valves for cleaning. The pulse valves open in sequence, injecting high-pressure air into each row of filter bags, causing the bags to momentarily expand and thereby clear the accumulated dust on their surfaces. The pulse injection width and cleaning cycle for each dust collection compartment are controlled by a dedicated programmable cleaning controller.
