【Characteristics】Radish red exhibits a bright red to deep red color with strong tinting power, is water-soluble, and carries a slight distinctive radish odor. It remains relatively stable under light and heat conditions. The color shifts from orange-red to pink, bright red, and violet across a pH range of 2.0 to 8.0.
