Preparation method for Sabouraud Dextrose Agar (SDA): Weigh 65.0g of this product into 1L of distilled or deionized water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, dispense, and autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. After sterilization, shake well to prevent agar from settling and solidifying at the bottom of the container, then set aside for use.
