Preparation method for Cetrimide Agar Medium Base: Weigh 4.53g of this product into 100ml of distilled or deionized water, add 1 tube of 21702 (glycerol), heat and boil until completely dissolved, autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. After sterilization, shake well to prevent agar from settling and solidifying at the bottom of the container.
