I. PVC agricultural irrigation pipe extruder screw diameter φ65, barrel screw made of high-quality alloy steel (38CrMOACA), nitrided with a depth of 0.4-0.7.

II. Gearbox and distribution box from Jiangyin Main Factory gearbox.

III. 37KW frequency conversion motor.

IV. Frequency converter uses domestic famous brand, temperature controller uses Shanghai Zhengtai.

V. Four-section aluminum cast heating ring (air-cooled), electrical components use Delixi.

VII. PVC agricultural irrigation pipe vacuum calibration tank: production pipe diameter φ200mm, vacuum pump 4KW, 6 meters long. Main parameters of water pump: flow rate 24m3/h, head: 40m, using mechanical seal with good sealing performance, number of nozzles: 250. Water level control: float ball automatic control. Special atomization using ABS material, not only has good cooling effect but also uniform cooling. Tank cover uses lip-shaped silicone rubber seal with good sealing performance, vacuum adjustment port equipped with *, greatly reducing noise.

VIII. PVC agricultural irrigation pipe three-claw haul-off machine: total motor power 3KW, effective length 1.80 meters. Haul-off speed: 1-5m/min. Number of tracks: 3. Haul-off pipe diameter: φ160-φ200. Uses cylinder clamping, allowing easy adjustment of clamping force.

IX. Planetary cutting machine: 1 unit, model: 200 cutter, cutting pipe diameter φ160~φ200. Revolution motor power: 0.75KW, reducer speed ratio: 1:35. Screw feed method: motor power: 0.37KW, reducer speed ratio: 1:15; hydraulic feed method: motor power: 0.75KW, hydraulic stroke cylinder diameter: 50×150. Cutting motor power: 2.2KW. Cutting stroke: 1200mm. Blade material is alloy steel, diameter: 230mm. This cutting machine uses PLC electrical control, stable performance, easy operation, suitable for cutting various large-diameter pipes.

X. Stacking rack: model: DFJ250. Length 6 meters, table surface made of stainless steel, adjustable pipe cutting length, uses cylinder automatic material turning.
